The word “Phobia” means having a pathologically strong fear of a particular event or thing.
Phobia causes often originate in our early childhood years but do not manifest until we are in our teens or older.

- Enclosed spaces
- Failure
- Flying
- Open spaces
- Public speaking
- Social phobia

- Water / swimming
Suffering with a phobia is usually pretty awful and people believe they just have to live with it or avoid the thing or event that causes the fear and panic. The fear grows and your world can get smaller as a result.
